If you experienced difficulty printing your child's schedule when you first logged on, please return to MyGradePortal and try again. We are pleased to report that our vendor responded promptly to your feedback, and a Print button is now available at the upper right of the schedule screen.
To see all your child's 2013-2014 information, please click the plus sign (+) to the left of the yellow folder labeled 2013-2014. The folder will expand to show you the different types of information available. Click the information you would like to view and it will open up in the right hand panel. When past year information becomes available, you will see additional yellow folders with plus signs for the past years. Clicking on the folder for the year will expand the folder to show you what's available inside.
The district will no longer be emailing pdf attachments of student information. Instead, you will get an announcement that new information has been posted for you within the portal. The district will be using MyGradePortal to communicate many different varieties of information, and our goal is to draw you to the portal to view everything that's available to you there. Distributing the information by pdf attachment would not only be less secure than portal posting alone, it would also tend to work against our goal of having you come to the portal to fully interact with the school community. Of course you may save a copy of anything you see on MyGradePortal by making yourself a paper or pdf printout for your files.
MyGradePortal is an entirely new system and is not part of our former parent portal. With MyGradePortal, you are issued a unique username and you must use your username to log on, not your email address. If you forget your username or your password, you may use the Forgot Password link on the www version of the site to receive an email containing both.
If your name, address, or phone number is incorrectly listed in the email you received with your MyGradePortal account information, please contact the office of your child's school. Please be aware that parent portal support cannot correct your demographics - if you email support you will be directed to contact the school.
If you received two emails with MyGradePortal account information, it is most likely because you and your spouse had the same email address registered with the school. Please check the demographic information listed in each email to determine who the MyGradePortal account has been issued to. If you and your spouse have listed the same email, you may still have separate portal accounts. One of you may want to contact the office of your child's school and update your email address, if you would like to use separate emails. Even if you leave the email the same, we will maintain a separate portal account for each of you. If you do find by looking at the demographics that we have you in the system twice (for example if your name was listed two different ways, but they are both you), then please email all the details to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist in combining your accounts into one.
MyGradePortal and SchoolFusion are two different systems with separate user accounts and separate information. Right now parent accounts have not been distributed for SchoolFusion. The district may implement parent accounts for SchoolFusion later - you will be notified if and when a parent account is created for you on SchoolFusion. Right now you may use your student's username and password to log on to SchoolFusion. Student account information is the same for SchoolFusion, MyGradePortal, and computers at school. If your student does not know his account information, he may ask any teacher who has him in the classroom or ask the main office personnel.
Unfortunately it is not possible to change your username. Usernames are assigned by MyGradePortal and we do not have the ability to change them.
Yes you may change your password. To do so, you must be logged into the desktop (www) version of MyGradePortal. Click the "Settings" link in the left navigation bar. Enter your new password in both password boxes and click Save.

The mobile version of the site does not have a Forgot Password link.
